§ 1 Scope, contracting party
This website (TheDanceDefinition, operator per the Legal Notice) presents designs and, for the purchase, redirects to the embedded Spreadshop. The presentation of designs and products on this website is not a binding offer. The purchase contract for the products is concluded in the Spreadshop checkout with sprd.net AG, Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 5, 04109 Leipzig. The terms and conditions of sprd.net AG apply to that purchase.
§ 2 Prices
All prices shown are final prices in euros. Since the seller of the products is sprd.net AG, the prices include the VAT charged by sprd.net AG; the provider of this website itself does not show VAT under § 19 UStG (German small-business rule). The prices and shipping costs displayed in the Spreadshop checkout are binding.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
By submitting your order in the Spreadshop you make a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through the order or shipping confirmation sent by sprd.net AG by email.
§ 4 Payment, production and delivery
Payment methods, production, packaging, shipping and delivery times are governed by the information and conditions of sprd.net AG in the Spreadshop checkout. Products are made on demand (after the order is received).
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; details are in the withdrawal policy.
Return costs: in the event of an effective withdrawal you as the buyer bear the direct costs of returning the goods (§ 357(6) BGB), unless sprd.net AG offers more favourable terms.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB) – this may apply to personalised print-on-demand items.
§ 6 Warranty
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. For defects in a product bought in the Spreadshop, please contact the customer service of sprd.net AG; you may also inform us by email.
§ 7 Textile labelling
The material composition of the textiles is stated in the respective product description in the Spreadshop (pursuant to EU Textile Labelling Regulation No. 1007/2011).
§ 8 Copyright
All TheDanceDefinition designs are own creations or lawfully licensed. Reproduction or reuse without consent is not permitted.
§ 9 Applicable law
German law applies. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their respective country remain unaffected.

§ 1 Geltungsbereich, Vertragspartner
Diese Website (TheDanceDefinition, Betreiber laut Impressum) präsentiert Designs und leitet für den Kauf in den eingebundenen Spreadshop weiter. Die Darstellung der Designs und Produkte auf dieser Website ist kein bindendes Angebot. Der Kaufvertrag über die Produkte kommt im Checkout des Spreadshops mit der sprd.net AG, Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 5, 04109 Leipzig, zustande. Für diesen Kauf gelten die AGB der sprd.net AG.
§ 2 Preise
Alle angezeigten Preise sind Endpreise in Euro. Da Verkäuferin der Produkte die sprd.net AG ist, enthalten die Preise die von der sprd.net AG erhobene Umsatzsteuer; der Betreiber dieser Website selbst weist gemäß § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung) keine Umsatzsteuer aus. Verbindlich sind die Preise und Versandkosten, die im Spreadshop-Checkout angezeigt werden.
§ 3 Vertragsschluss
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung im Spreadshop gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Die Annahme erfolgt durch die Auftrags- bzw. Versandbestätigung der sprd.net AG per E-Mail.
§ 4 Zahlung, Produktion und Lieferung
Zahlungsarten, Produktion, Verpackung, Versand und Lieferzeiten richten sich nach den Angaben und Bedingungen der sprd.net AG im Spreadshop-Checkout. Die Produkte werden „on demand“ (nach Bestelleingang) gefertigt.
§ 5 Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu; Einzelheiten in der Widerrufsbelehrung.
Rücksendekosten: Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs trägst du als Käufer die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren (§ 357 Abs. 6 BGB), soweit die sprd.net AG nichts Günstigeres anbietet.
Ausnahme: Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden bzw. eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB) – dies kann personalisierte Print-on-Demand-Artikel betreffen.
§ 6 Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Mängelrechte. Bei Mängeln an einem im Spreadshop gekauften Produkt wende dich an den Kundenservice der sprd.net AG; du kannst uns zusätzlich per E-Mail informieren.
§ 7 Textilkennzeichnung
Die Materialzusammensetzung der Textilien ist in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung im Spreadshop angegeben (gemäß EU-Textilkennzeichnungsverordnung Nr. 1007/2011).
§ 8 Urheberrecht
Alle Designs von TheDanceDefinition sind eigene Schöpfungen oder rechtmäßig lizenziert. Eine Vervielfältigung oder Weiterverwendung ohne Zustimmung ist nicht gestattet.
§ 9 Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Bei Verbrauchern mit gewöhnlichem Aufenthalt in der EU bleiben zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des jeweiligen Landes unberührt.
